Yeah, you’re right. I’m guessing the majority doesn’t agree with you since they are full steam ahead. In their defense, however, this “bootstrapping” has been going
on too long. Perhaps Indiana in May is the end? Two more months of teeth-gnashing, word smithing, and back-biting?
Or you know… respecting the governance’s authority and taking proper channels for things instead of shoving decisions down the community’s throats without consultation is an option too…

That would require the governance to have authority over the area complained about. It does not.
